Platform tour
This page is the complete index of the product: every surface visible at futuros.xyz, what it does, and which of the four strategic pillars it serves. The pillars are a parallel lens over the platform — 1 Data Trust · 2 Sovereign Model · 3 Governance & Democracy · 4 Frontier Intelligence — not the 10-axis sectoral taxonomy that lives underneath. In grant materials, pillar 3 carries the alias Governance Engine and absorbs pillar 4's decision layer: the full mapping lives in the three-pillar presentation.
Everything below runs on the same substrate: baked static JSON, linked one-to-one to its primary source, served as a SPA. The rule is constant on every screen — every figure traces back to its source in two clicks.
The front door. The root of futuros.xyz serves a static landing page (the postbuild renames landing.html→index.html; the SPA lives at spa.html via rewrite); inside the SPA, / redirects to /atlas, the canonical entry surface. The four-pillar thesis has its own live page: /pilares.
On every page. Some capabilities are not a route but global chrome: the chat launcher (the assistant is available from any page, not just /sala), the command palette (⌘K), the installable PWA mode with offline support, and the ?lang= parameter (ES/EN/PT) that persists across navigation. Most surfaces are purely static; fourteen serverless functions back the interactive ones — the assistant and the protocol (chat, chat-turns, mcp), the data trust (contribute, revoke, intake), deliberation (consensus, questions, backlog), alerts (alerts-subscribe, alerts-digest), policy screening (policy-screen), the outreach hop (o) and posture auditing (env-levers). Every one of these routes also answers under the Spanish alias /gobernanza… (for example /gobernanza/regulacion): it is the same page served by two paths, not two implementations. /governance… remains the canonical route — links already shared and the assistant's citations point there — so the alias adds access without breaking anything.

There are also two operator surfaces outside this public index: /admin/buzon (pilot intake inbox) and /admin/inconsistencies (inconsistency reports).
Outreach hop (GTM). https://futuros.xyz/o/{token} is a first-party 302, not a page: the token is opaque (UUID); the token→destination map lives in the OUTREACH_REDIRECTS env (Data, not the repo); destination allowlist futuros.xyz / docs.futuros.xyz / v2.futuros.xyz. The hop $identifys in PostHog with the token as distinct_id (identify_reason=hop_mint) and emits hop_redirect (destination host/path). An optional OUTREACH_ROSTER may write name, institution, email or internal as person properties — never as the id. It sets the futuros_o cookie so a later product visit re-identifies (identify_reason=client_session). Env shape and 404s: self-hosting.
